No, the app is not one-size-fits-all. There are two distinct ways that children can enjoy it. One way is with your guidance, selecting video adventures you think will complement the learning experience in the classroom. You can share these video adventures with the whole class, in small groups, or individually in school, or at home via the Share Home feature. The other way children can engage with the app is without guidance, when using a personal device. When navigating the app this way they can independently follow their interests. They select topics that they are curious about, then watch to learn more about those topics, and engage in contextualized learning activities that follow. The app is designed to be easy to navigate and doesn’t require children to be able to read, so adult support is not necessary while children enjoy the app.
