What is MarcoPolo For Educators?

MarcoPolo For Educators is a groundbreaking, digital resource combining powerful educator tools with child-led explorations of videos and interactive activities. It consists of the Educator Platform [MarcoPolo For Educators, web-based] and the child-facing app [MarcoPolo For Families]. The Educator Platform gives you the flexibility to choose how to share video lessons in the classroom, it provides Educator Guides with ways to extend learning offline, into other areas of the classroom, and at home. It provides you with the unique ability to bridge school to home by sharing personalized recorded video messages and video playlists with children and keep families engaged in their child's learning outside the classroom. You’ll have opportunities to differentiate learning with the same great videos in different languages, such as Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and a modified version, to scaffold the content and help all learners including English language learners. Children can follow their own interests on the app, through 850+ high-quality, research-based video lessons, engage in 3000+ contextualized learning activities, and make their own discoveries in the workshop, music, art, and theater rooms. On their journey, children build content knowledge, foundational skills, and engage with relatable characters who model social-emotional and 21st-century skills including critical thinking, creative thinking, collaboration, and communication.
