I can’t hear any sound in the app. Can you help?

First, check that your device’s sound is on and that the game sounds have not been muted. If this doesn’t work, restart your device and try again. 

On some iPhones and iPads, the side switch can be set to either mute sounds or lock rotation. It is possible that the sounds are muted with the mute switch, but the button itself is set to lock.

Make sure you have the latest version of MarcoPolo World School installed on your device.  You can check this by going to the App Store on your mobile phone or tablet and click Updates at the bottom of the screen. If you see an update for MarcoPolo World School, click the Update button.

If you have an iPhone or iPad, you should also make sure you are using the latest version of Apple’s iOS. To check, click on Settings and then go to General. Now click on Software Update at the top of the screen. Your device will now check for any new updates and ask you to install any that it finds
