The child-facing app is available for use on mobile phones and tablets. Families can however login to the Family Portal from the website. Families can go to the Family Portal to see their account details and to reset their password, in addition to being able to reset it directly from the app.
The educator platform is available on a desktop/laptop and a tablet device.
